How do I cancel my order?Updated a year ago
You can cancel or change your order within [ 24 hours] of placing it as long as it has not already shipped. If you want to cancel or change your order, you can do so through our Tracking portal [link]. [Note: You may need to have the “Cancel” option activated in Order Management to support automated cancelation].
You will also have the option to cancel your order within your confirmation email. You may also contact our customer service team at [nutrsupport@ thenutr.com]. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.
NB: Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
